JUNIOR TRAVEL TEAM & GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL COORDINATOR

Herman brings extensive coaching and competitive experience to RCLB. He has traveled throughout the Midwest as a USTA tournament coach and has worked with nationally ranked high school players, NCAA Division I and III athletes, and a Top 30 WTA professional. In 2024, he had the honor of captaining and competing for the Ghana Davis Cup Team.

At RCLB, Herman coaches multiple junior programs, leads small group training, and oversees the club’s Junior Team Tennis and Girls High School programs. Under his leadership, the RCLB Green Team advanced to the Midwest Finals in 2024.
He continues to compete in USTA and CITA leagues while sharing his passion for the game with players of all ages.
